Two outer pockets and zip top. Interior has two zippered pockets and multiple pockets. Minor staining on inside liner (visible on photo of coach tag). Bag has gentle wear and a minor stain on back of bag. This was originally a diaper bag and can be used as such or as an all around tote, overnight bag, or general tote!
