Reposhing this item I purchased from another user. It's a great wallet but not what I was looking for once I saw it in person. I would describe the color as a burgundy maroon. I noted two flaws that I see including one patch of discoloration on the front and a missing stitch. Also on the front. Very pretty nonetheless! Just trying to get my money back, not looking to make anything.
