There is a small amount of rubbing on corners (primarily back) and some wear and small blemishes to the hardware (around the double turnlock clasp for the front pocket, metal feet on bottom). You can also see a slight impression from the handle on the back of the bag, but the leather is pliable; it's not a permanent indent.
