nataliel231 @zachary329 Hi! Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. Fortunately I didn’t have any major stains or marks to clean off of this one, so I haven’t tried any products. But I would be worried too because of the material! Do you have a soft suede brush? You can try lightly brushing it. Maybe a leather cleaner would be fine, but I’d try on a small area first. I use Bick 4 with a soft cloth. If it’s very dirty, maybe a professional service would be best.
