There is light wear underneath the handles, some light spots here and there, and the corners are slightly dirty. You could have it cleaned, but I don't know if the spots will come out. There are no rips or holes. Please examine photos closely as they are a part of the description. There are three separate compartments. The outside compartments each have two slip pockets.
