Coach Signature flats. Sz 7.5 Never worn NH6

Coach Signature ballerina flats. Brown leather tips with Gold Buckle! The gold buckle says COACH. These shoes were never worn. They are a size 7 1/2. I bought them for my daughter but they were too big for her. She tried to put an insert into the flats to get them to fit. When she remove the insert some of the gold on the bottom inside came out. See pictures. Perfect on the outside everywhere. The inside does not show when the shoe is on at all. It is not sticky. It is it causing any flaking.
