lisalandish Hi there! I submitted an offer, you countered, I countered and you accepted my offer. I was in shock when you CANCELLED the transaction. I have been in many situations where, I as the seller have under priced an item and many times have taken an offer to even lower the price. I sell, ship and send a beautiful handwritten note. candicewilli330 @lisalandish Please read the comment I sent you on the order request. I did not counter your offer. Smart Sell from Posh did it without my consent. I sent a message to Psoh Support and wi se d you a scree. shot showing it was Smart Sell. I have never cancelled after accepting an offer. I agree with you that it is not good service however I did not send a counter offer Smart Sell did without my approval. I received bundle request that I want to consider that is why I cancelled

lisalandish How does your new buyer know that if they make an offer, and you accept, that you won’t cancel the order on them too? Your prior business transactions reflect upon your future sale outcomes. See what I am saying?

candicewilli330 @lisalandish A new buyer will know because I am explaining what happened in the conversation we are having. I did not send you a counter offer. I received multiple likes and bundle request that a seller should be able to review and investigate and then counter, accept or deny. Posh's Smart Seller made this decision without my consent. I good reviews and I have never sent a counter offer and cancelled. This feature has now created a negative experience for the both of us.
