This Coach Poppy is in good used condition. It shows some signs of wear:rubbing on the edges and exterior,minor color fading, scratches and tarnishing on the hardware, signs of wear along zipper in interior from daily use (i think it can be cleaned but not crafty and didn't dare to try), fading on the coach history patch. The strap looks great. Overall the bag doesn't have signs of relaxed shape much to me and the exterior is still very shiny, no major staining in interior, no major callouts. All zippers work perfect and coach charm is in place.
