Coach Poppy Art series signature C logo canvas oversized shoulder bag

Coach's limited edition Poppy series large signature "C" logo canvas with metallic leather accents and leather, 8-1/2" drop, handles. This gently loved handbag has a gold metallic Poppy patch on the front affixed to the 13-1/2" purple zipper closure pouch with gold tone metal logo hardware trimmed out on each side with a patch of purple patent. Also has ALL THREE of the hang tags: The large brown acrylic, the smaller leather bronze dyed tag and the clear 'script' Coach in acrylic. I Googled those hang tags and they are offered for sale for about the asking price of this shoulder bag! That's crazy! Twenty+ years ago $298 was a LOT for a Coach handbag but it looks like those hang tags are a collectable item all their own. The interior is lined in a beautiful silky teal fabric as is the interior of the external zippered pocket (pictured) and on one side has two organizational pockets and the other side has a zip close pocket with a 9" zipper. The creed patch is on this pocket. Overall, this handbag measures appx 17-1/2" across, lying flat. The height is about 11-1/2" and the depth is about 4" at the base with the pleated canvas "corners" which highlight the craftsmanship. From the 2000's, this previously loved bag has been well cared for. There is one small spot on the bottom (pictured with tape measure) that I noticed and also a small loss of the metallic covering of the leather trim just below the zipper (pictured with tape measure). Very good shape; No dust cover.
