It has a leather strap that disconnects on one end so it can be used as a wristlet or a mini bag. The material is patent leather with tan leather trim. Inside is lined and has one slip pocket and eight card slots. Measurements are 10"L 5"H and 1"W. Please note that there are some dark spots in the patent leather due to age. Please see pics.
