These fabulous boots are New Without Box (the box was damaged in my move). I had foot surgery and cannot wear now. They measure 17” high and the chunky heel is 3 1/3”. Full inner zip with adjustable buckle around ankle. Definitely a statement. * PLEASE NOTE: these boots are a size 10, but fit like a 9. I know because I wear a 9 and had to buy the 10.
