Coach Monogram Rain Boots

Elegant rain boots with Coach monogram. Flaws are as pictured, including one of the boots has the white scuffing marks, however the other boot is in better condition in terms of the white scuff. The size rubbed off, so I can’t read what size they are, but my usual size is an 8, so it’s for sure either that size or something very close like a 9, but I did put a photo of the measurement of the bottom of the shoe to help with this. They do fit snug around the calf as opposed to normal rain boots
