Coach Maryann Suede and Rabbit Fur Boots

Black Coach Maryann suede and rabbit fur mid-calf boot size 8b. There is damage to both soles, as shown in the pictures, and the inside portion of the rabbit fur is separating from the boot. I imagine it can be fixed, but it doesn't appear to be damaged when you wear it, except for the slight strip missing from the left backside.
