Slight patina on the back from rubbing against pants, all other areas are unaffected. No rips or tears. Has an inside pocket for a laptop or tablet up to 14”, main compartment, small zip pocket and pen/pencil slots. There is a large zip pocket on the front and a magnetic closure pocket on the back. Fold over magnetic flap to cover the main compartment. Some scuffs on bottom corners
