laucal @kmbh815 I purchased it new in Japan actually! In October and just never ended up using it. Hence the wrapping as we’re not supposed to use goods bought in Japan while in Japan due to duty-free rules.

kmbh815 @laucal a Coach store in Japan? Or a seller in Japan? Sorry for all the questions haha. I just recently received a bag that smelled like laundry detergent and was considered brand new, so I’m trying to be extra diligent. Do you have any pets/smoke? And do you store your bags in a room that has any scents, air fresheners, incense, dryer sheets, etc.

laucal @kmbh815 a coach store/boutique that’s in a department store. No smoking and yes we have a pet but he’s only allowed on the first floor and I keep stuff like this in my bedroom closet, no smells I can detect at all considering this was kept wrapped up!
