There are a few issues. There some exterior bottom corner wear from use. Also on both side of the satchel where if folds inwards along the top there is a single crack on the coated canvas right at the fold line where it's folded inwards. This isn't noticeble when the ends are snaped shut. (see pictures) Also the Coach hang tag is missing. So there is no Coach hang tag. Other thatn this the bag has no issues. Nice and clean both inside and out. Dual handles have no edge wear or grip marks. Detachable strap is clean as well with no grip marks or edge wear.
