lhayes1967 I’m so sorry I counter offered before I saw ur message about the extra long strap..I’m looking at this for my mom and she has to have the long strap because she cant lift her shoulders up enough to use the short strap. I cancelled my counter offer..I apologize 4 any inconvenience this might cause.
