This bag is in like new condition. It comes with the chain strap and the crossbody strap and the hangtag and dust bag. It does not comes with the top handle. There is an open pocket on the back of the bag and inside the flap ther is another open pocket. There is also an open pocket in the back of the main compartment. There is a zipper pocket in the main compartment. The bag measures 7.75 x 6.25 x 3.25. #89089
