ptshop2@kaileemichellle Ms Dodson, Because you claimed that my bag is "fake" they suspended my account and I didn't get any notification from them with that "issue". You can't have a free bag. Especially one like this. Because "you love Coach", I love it too. This is not only a bag, it's an income to support my kids as a single mom. So besides that you didn't pay me anything for my bag I lost more money with all my orders from that app. So, I kindly request you to return my bag.

kaileemichellle@ptshop2 Hi I am more than happy to return the bag as it came in horrible condition and had mold spots all over the bag. I have never had a leather bag from Coach look like that, and your account was deleted before the bag was delivered so it had seemed like you scammed me.

kaileemichellle@ptshop2 I would pay 200$ due to the mold, I am happy to upload pictures of this on my account as well if you want to see it. I took it to a leather repair before requesting a partial refund and they said that mold stains are permanent in leather, if you are able to change the price to that I can repurchase and “accept” the order, you don’t have to send me anything extra!!
