Super cute 100% Silk overlay black mini skirt by Club Monaco. Flat layered strips of fabric give a unique edgy artistic look. Labeled a size 00, but it fit on the mannequin that has a 25.5 in waist and 34 hips. I would say it's closer to a size small. Double check measurements for fit but I'd say it runs a little big.
