Like new ritos skirt from Club Monaco in a size 4. Nylon blend exterior with polyester lining. Three layers of tulle but not too poofy, so still a somewhat straighter fit (not as A-line) so doesn’t accentuate hips too much 👌🏻. Overall black with gold metallic threading throughout. Worn once over the holidays for a few hours at a work event, otherwise still new!

Hi, can you tell me the waist measurement of this dress? Also it looks like it fits at the smallest part of the torso/natural waist, is that right? I am sometimes a 4, sometimes a 6, really depending on the brand and where the waist hits. Thank you so much!
