Cloth pieces in Vintage Box

It’s like six or seven of these cloth pieces that they have pleat sewen in them; they were in this box I don’t even know if they go together years ago my grandmother had them so I don’t know if it’s just for making stuff. I don’t know. I’ve tried googling it. I don’t know what the pleated pieces are ,if anybody can use them or want them as is some stained.
