most items are in preloved condition. there may be flaws, distressing and overall signs of wear. please make your purchases responsibly. other items new with tags may also have slight flaws. this is a business supporting medical expenses and my livelihood. the destruction of my items and then asking for a return, hurts my business. this is not a retail corporate company and I cannot take back items that are intentionally damaged due to buyers remorse. sizing or just not liking. this has been consistent lately and I needed to be transparent. I have an excellent rating as a seller with many beautiful thank you's. I appreciate every sale but I cannot continue to be forced to take items back when the sale was complete. also I have no control over the mishandling by usps. please keep their actions in mind as well. I appreciate and value each sale but the random dishonesty has lead me to this advisement.
