I’m very frustrated with people not accepting/rating when they receive their items. I ship as quickly as my local PO will allow & spend time packaging items. This site runs on rating & communication. When you don’t accept/rate you are not only holding my money hostage but you’re inhibiting me from building my closet. From now on, if you do not accept/rate I will be forced to block you. If you don’t communicate with me I will cancel the sale. Period. I feel I have no other recourse on this site.

toilandtrouble I’m also tempted to say I won’t be accepting offers from new buyers. However, I believe that is unfair to the buyers who learn how to use the site respectfully. I’m going to be A LOT more discerning with who I sell to from now on. Posh really needs to consider a two-way rating system. It would at least give us a chance to warn other sellers away from buyers who don’t accept and rate.

toilandtrouble I hate even being the person who makes these posts but I’m becoming more and more frustrated with people on here. You get bombarded with comments when they low ball you on expensive items & then the minute you make the sale communication stops. I used to love Posh but lately...🙄 So I will be looking more deeply into anyone attempting to buy from me. The money is less important to me than building a following of good buyers and having a closet people can trust.

kontogonis @toilandtrouble I’m so fed up. To the point I’ve left repeat comments every day. It doesn’t help. I am urging all my fellow sellers to email posh support and suggest a change. Maybe 48 hrs to automatic release? Or adopt other apps policies where sellers also rate buyers? Idk what’s best. But something has to change. I rely on the funds when I’m not working (like now) and it might be petty but I’m so FED UP.

toilandtrouble @kontogonis it’s not petty! This is how I support myself when it gets tight being in college so I totally understand! I’ve reached out to them several times about at least a 2-way rating system! This has NEVER happened to me on M. It’s very frustrating. I totally get you.
