Closet London Blue and White Polka Dot Pencil Dress

Form fitting vintage inspired one-piece dress. Textured blue dot print on top with cowl neckline. Bottom is a form-fitting, yet structured, pencil skirt style in navy. Fabric is incredibly soft but sturdy (there will be no breeze/wind issues with this dress.) Unfortunately no pockets. Chunky gold back zipper enclosure.
