Black cotton top, large slimming elastic waist band, beautiful grey layers angled at each hip. Very flattering cocktail dress. Shoulder straps cross at the back, and the is a full zipper closure up the back. Small snags on rear, can be cut off(pic 3) price reflects. Length from bottom of waistband to hem is 16 inches. skittleschelsea @elleza there is small damage on the rear/seat portion of the dress. The fabric is 'piling' slightly on the rear. You can see the few white marks in pic 3. Dress is great, I wore it in this condition, but it's too small now 😕
