Closet Clear Out is an opportunity for buyers to purchase a discounted listing while receiving reduced shipping courtesy of Posh. Poshmark has been holding Closet Clear Out regularly every Friday & Sunday, as well as occasional holidays. (This is a Poshmark program & subject to change.) How Closet Clear Out works: This program works "outside" the normal offer system. Poshmark gives buyers discounted $4.99 shipping if: 1) They have "liked" an item. 2) The seller discounts the price of that item by at least 10%. 3) Minimum purchase price is $10. (Note: I have seen Posh regularly offer $3.99 or even free shipping on higher priced items, but $4.99 is the standard and this is totally at Poshmark's discretion.) On Closet Clear Out Days, when the seller reduces the listing price by at least 10%, all "likers" will get notice of the shipping discount in their news tab. The discounted shipping is good for 6 hours after the price drop & ONLY 6 hours after the price drop, after which it expires.
