Cloisonne coastal crab ornament, Nautical Luxuries? not signed, 4 1/2"

In doing research on the internet, I believe that this crab ornament was made by Nautical Luxuries, please correct me if I am wrong. The colors are much brighter than the pictures show. It is not signed. Measures about 4 1/2" by 2 1/2". I do not ship outside the lower 48 states.
