Clockhouse grey skirt women's size US 12

Clockhouse women's grey skirt. Has ribbon around waist and on sides to cinch in for comfort fit. One of the metal grommets in back is loose (shown in pic). I think this is a European label. Doesn't have sizing for US. So I just did an equivalent sizing to UK 16 which should be a US 12. approximate measurements: waist - 17in. hips - 21in. length - 19in. size - 12
