Brand new/unused. Please note the slight surface disruption caused when I was trying to see whether there was a second level where an applicator may be stored. I was not able to ascertain whether there was one or not before I risked further injury to the product so this will come with a small powder brush and velvet pouf for application. Rest assured that I handle all makeup products while wearing gloves and that the entire compact is contained within a sturdy plastic bag with the exception of when I snapped the photos.
