janechau Hi @reylovsmudd, thank you for your interest! The height of the bag is 14" with the flap open, with the flap closed, the height of the bag is approx 11". There are no tears or stains on the instead or outside of the bag as it is completely new and unworn.

janechau @reylovsmudd The strap is not adjustable but is comfortable on the shoulder. The bag is 100% authentic and was purchased from a luxury department store.
