Cliche couture navy asymmetrical cardigan small

This sweater has never been worn. I took the tags off and it’s been hanging in the closet. There is what appears to be a pull, perhaps, inside but nothing shows from the outside. Not sure if it was originally there or not. Pit to pit 17 inches length and back 26 inches.
