It has short flutter sleeves. It ties in the front and has a smocked stretchy bodice to fit. It is 95% Organic Cotton and 5% Metallic. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16" and the length is 46.5". It is in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
