kellyastrade @wandabucci oh my goodness that sucks. I am so sorry. I did try to pack it with loads of extra cushion. I am so sorry and so bummed. It was cute. I don’t, I bought it a while ago and never used it. Wow I am so sorry. Of course report it. That really makes me sad.

kellyastrade Good morning. I just saw your pictures. Do you think this happened because I didn’t reinforce the bottom of the box with tape? I am just trying to learn from this so I don’t do it in the future.
