j_schaw I'm sorry to be asking, but I don't understand and am very curious. What is the purpose of the stones? After you light the sage where do you put it?

j_schaw And does it actually work? Me & my husband of 31 years were involved in a car accident 12-2-24 & I lost him. I've been losing my mind ever since. The meds my doctor has me on haven't been working.

cosmichealer89 @j_schaw No need to be sorry for asking questions. You came here for help, I'm here to assist. First and foremost, I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. The fact that you're still here and pushing through, says something. It's not easy and it does hurt more than words can describe. I too, hit a point in my journey where my medications didn't help anymore either and I turned inward and started the healing process.

cosmichealer89 @j_schaw Sage has been used for many centuries and is said to clear out any energy that is harmful. You open all the windows when cleansing a home or space and light the Sage. While fanning the smoke you say, "I cleanse this space of negative energy and allow love, light and peace into this space." With the crystals, it has been said that when you hold them, you release any energy that doesn't serve you anymore into the stone. After that, you recharge the stones on a piece of selenite.
