Blazer double breasted dress or can be worn as a jacket or blazer alone. In good condition but has a few tiny micro surface spots in front and underneath the buttons (which is unnoticeable because it’s underneath has a tiny stain and mark.) there is a black button inside closure but the other side doesn’t have a clip but appears to be that way. Spots are unnoticeable while on. Measurements (taken flat): Pit to pit: 17.5” Length: 31.5” Sleeve: 18.5” Shoulder to shoulder: 15”
