Classy, work appropriate dress (size 2)

This is a Tibi New York dress with mint green lace and black wool paneling. It is NWOT and therefore in excellent condition. The dress cinches at the waist for a defined silhouette. In the front, the silky lining goes all the way up to the collarbone, so it is appropriate for an office setting.
