Classy women’s long-sleeved blouse with‎ undershirt

Not sure of brand or size. It would definitely fit a smaller person. Has little elastic strings showing throughout the shirt as shown in the last picture. I did not notice them until I was looking over the shirt. Has a matching tube top. Classy look. Price negotiable.
