Very classy. These pictures do not capture how elegant this skirt is in person. Very good quality velvet. It has a side split that overlaps making the hymn a little asymmetrical. The waistband is 6 inches wide and ruched on the side with the zipper.. The fabric is stretchy . The skirt has never been worn. I bought it for an event and ended up wearing something else. It's very pretty and deserves to be worn out.
