Classy Black & White Jacket and Skirt

Very classy and sophisticated look. Has a black wide lapel with a white stripe in the center. Lapel continues to bottom of jacket. Short sleeve with pleat in sleeve. Jacket has a yoke which bottoms to other lapel. Or, can pin back and wear a tank top underneath. Black pencil skirt sits just below waist and is 21 inches. Has a 6 inch slit in back. Unknown designer and size but estimated at medium. Fabric is polyester/nylon and washable.
