This is a size 9, however I am a true 8.5 and these fit perfect, they are snug-fitting, If you have wide feet these are not for you. They are in used good condition, they have some scuffs In the back part of the heal as well as in the front where the toes go. Adjustable strap with buckle closure, adjustable strap has 2 elastic bands, one of them in one shoe is stretched but because it has a double elastic it holds perfectly fine. Approx. heel height: 3 1/2".
