Classic Prep Childrenswear blue and white stripe skirt

Classic Prep Childrenswear blue and white stripe toddler skirt. Overall good condition, but does have a couple small faded stains. Not super noticeable when wearing. In my opinion, the shirt did shrink some in the wash, so while the tag says 4T, I would recommend for a 3T.
