Classic Doll with Red Accents

Vintage jointed doll, has number 46 on the neck. Eye lashes are still intact, eyes open and close. Legs and torso are hard plastic, arms and head feel like rubber but not sure what the material is. Cute bow on the hair. Needs cleaning, socks seem to be dried/adhered to the feet. Tried to take the dress off to see if there’s a makers mark but one snap button started coming off so I left it alone. Do not know who the manufacturer is. Does not make a sound.
