What is the pit to pit measurement? Also, does this have an extra size number? Should be like “C42” or “C44”

I’m thoroughly interested in buying this, but I can’t buy it if I don’t know the measurement. The length is fairly standard so I’m not concerned about that. However, width isn’t. If you can button this jacket up, lay it flat, and measure from arm pit to arm pit that would be wonderful. Thank you!
