Clarisse Blue Prom Dress

Bought brand new from Peaches in Chicago. Worn once for my junior prom last year. Dress was altered; on the back hook & eyes were added in the area the loops are for the corset back. The corset loops were kept, allowing for the tied corset look or completely closed look. Detachable straps came with & a small bag of extra gems.
