Is fully functioning and comes with magnetic charger, brush cap for storage and 2 brand new brush heads (Deep Pore Cleansing and Normal Skin) MIA has been tested on a full charge-it runs effectively and holds its charge. The brush on there currently is the one I used and it is only shown for pics--not to worry, I will not send the used one ;)
