Removable leather straps. The shoulder strap is not adjustable. The straps height is 21 inches from the top of the bag. The height of the actual bag is 12 inches width is 11 1/4 inches. Inside is clean, like new. Only flaws are there are some Purple color transfer if you look really closely on the bag. See picture.
