Has a tie on the back and this scrunched floral waist band detail. The black mesh adds so much delicate texture over the tan lining. Perfect for some alternative princess out there! Measures 15 inches pit to pit (30 inches), waist is 11.5 inches (23 inches but it does stretch to about 28 inches), hips are 19 inches (38 inches) and it is 32 inches long minus the straps. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has not been washed as it needs to be dry cleaned.
