City Triangles One Shoulder Formal Mini Dress

Brand: City Triangles Size: Small In overall great condition. The mini dress is one shoulder with the full long sleeve. The long sleeve is sheer. Beautiful rhinestone cuff at the end. As seen in pic, there are 3 clamps to close the cuff. One of the clamps kind of fell off but its clipped so it just needs sewn back on. Would recommend sewing all tighter because they are a bit loose. Dress is not stretchy
