City Triangles Black Asymmetrical Ruffle Dress

Black City Triangles ruffled dress. Vintage asymmetrical dress. Size small. A little stretchy but very tight fitting. Has additional “straps” to hang up. Ruffles on chest (only on front) and around bottom (all the way around). No stains/damage. Measurements are laying flat pit to pit, waist & length (different lengths).
